At Tile Armor, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a simple and fair return and refund process — while complying with all applicable consumer protection laws.
This policy applies to purchases made directly from TileArmor.com. It does not affect any rights you may have under applicable law.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of the purchase date if the product meets the following conditions:
- The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- The item includes all original parts, labels, and accessories.
- You provide proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt).
Returns are not accepted for products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer.
2. How to Initiate a Return
- Contact our Customer Service team at info@tilearmor.com within 14 days of your purchase date.
- Include your order number and reason for return in your email.
- Once your request is approved, you will receive return instructions by email.
- Customers are responsible for creating and purchasing their own return shipping label.
- Securely pack the product in its original packaging (if possible) and include all parts and paperwork.
- Ship the return using a trackable shipping service. We are not liable for items lost or damaged in transit.
3. Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of its approval or rejection.
- Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after processing.
- Depending on your financial institution, additional time may be required for funds to appear in your account.
4. Exchanges
To exchange an item:
- Follow the return process above and note “Exchange Request” in your email.
- Once we receive and approve your return, you may place a new order for the replacement product.
5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will replace the product or issue a refund at no additional cost.
Please include the following in your email to info@tilearmor.com:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
We will review your claim within 3–5 business days and provide next steps for resolution.
6. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns on:
- Items marked as Final Sale
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Opened or used cleaning products (for health and safety reasons)
7. Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase if they have not yet shipped. To cancel, email info@tilearmor.com with your order number and “Cancellation Request” in the subject line. We will confirm cancellation via email.
8. Your Legal Rights
This Return & Refund Policy does not limit your rights to a refund, repair, or replacement under applicable law for goods that are defective, damaged, or not as described. Customers in California, other U.S. states, and Canada retain all rights under their respective consumer protection laws.
